You'll receive an email 3 hrs. before your session for arrival instructions and "Check In" button. PLEASE READ BEFORE ARRIVING!

We recommend arriving with minimal jewelry or footwear around ankles and feet. You'll be greeted with spa slippers upon arrival.

Please keep your phone on vibrate or silent to minimize disturbances to your peace.

Only the people included in your party size are allowed in the Sanctuary. NO EXTRA GUEST!

IMPORTANT

Best Friend or Couples bookings: We ask that on the day of your service, you arrive together or at the same time. Your service won't start until BOTH clients are present! If we agree to start the service, the price remains the same. No refund will be given for the no-show, AND the second client cannot enter the Sanctuary once the first client decides to continue the service.

We kindly request that you give us at least 48 hrs. notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after cancellation period. If you cancel within 48 hrs. of your appointment and want to reschedule, you'll have to go through the booking process again.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that you'll have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 mins. late. Once the 15 mins. grace period is up, we'll have to cancel your appointment.

We understand emergencies happen, and we will do ur best to be flexible and accommodating if you have to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstance. Please let us know as soon as possible.

*Rescheduling means you'll have to go though all components of the booking process again, including payment processing.

You are responsible for any personal items that is damaged in the Sanctuary.

You are responsible for stating all known conditions and allergies to your service provider. Please include this information on your booking form so we can accommodate your service.
